A very odd issue. I have a new 4K HDR video that plays perfectly on all players (iOS, Desktop, LG, Xbox) but for some reason will not even start playing on Chromecast. It just sits at the loading screen, spinning and spinning. I’ve tested everything I can, made sure everything is up to date, etc. I’m stumped. It’s not the end of the world… I just switch from Chromecast to the LG app, and it works fine. It’s just annoying that I can’t figure out what’s going on.
EDIT: Every other 4K HDR, 4K, 1080p, etc. file has played just fine on the Chromecast. Even incredibly high bit-rate files, so I don’t think bandwidth or buffering is the issue.
