I am going crazy…Plex media server through my Roku device worked perfectly for playing my home video files. Plex is on my windows laptop; Roku on my tv in another room.
I was prompted (forced) to a more recent version of the media server, so I now have the latest version (as of 12/27/2020).
Now I get the " direct play not enabled" error on any video that I try to play. But direct play is enabled. I’ve searched like crazy for a the setting or correction that I need to no avail.
