Hello. I use the app. Plex on a Hisense TV and for some time, I’ve no longer been viewing the decals of the series and movies while I’ve been seeing them correctly on another TCL TV. I reset the settings, but nothing changes. Can you help me? Thank you.
Are you referring to the episode thumbnails or the posters of a season/show which aren’t visible in your app?
Which version of the app are you currently using on the tv? Also, what version of PMS (although if the thumbs are showing properly with other clients, it’s probably not a server issue)?
