Vizio/Roku Apps Not working

For some reason my plex wont work on either my Vizio or Roku apps properly. I open the app and it looks like everything is fine, then when I click on Movies or TV shows it will take forever to try and load and then say the library is unavailable. My Plex is completely up to date, I made sure everything was signed in, I’ve tried restarting the app on my computer as well as restarting my entire computer. But nothing works, I can’t figure out what the issue is, or if there is just a bug with the Roku and Vizio app right now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There have been a few reports with the Vizio App that we are looking into. Nothing I know of for the Roku. If you can get me the logs from the Roku, I can take a look.

I just turned on my plex logging and it was doing the same, the username is Moleburt. It is just being really buggy on Roku and not working at all on Vizio. Roku loads and looks normal. I click movies and IF it loads the next page it doesn’t load the menu bar to the right like it normally does, like where it says “Browse All” “Browse Folder” etc… none of that shows up, or it will say that the library isn’t available. I’m not sure what the issue with the roku is.

Please don’t use the remote logging. That goes straight to the devs that I don’t have access to. And the devs don’t look unless they are specifically looking for something. Can you recreate the issue and get the local logs. Save it as a text file and attach it here.

Hopefully I did this all right. I used the browser Plex for Roku app to create the log. Right before i clicked show logs I had got it to recreate the problem so hopefully I did it right. Like I said it is being really buggy, it took me a couple tries to do the same thing again, it randomly started working correctly, then I closed the app and opened it again, then it loaded the page without the menu bar to the right again, then I closed and opened it again and got it to just give the error when I was trying to load a page.
