Vizio SmartCast PMS Currently Unavailable

No matter what what security settings (Allow insecure connections and prefer insecure connections) I set on the player and server the vizio tv won’t connect to my PMS. It is running on the same subnet and other devices (Roku TV and iPhone) work great. I am not sure if there is anything else I can do to get this to connect.
