Vizio SmartCast TV Plex not connecting to my PMS

Server Version#: 1.19.5.3112
Player Version#: 5.0.12

Working fine for the last two years. I can connect via browser on desktop and laptop. iPhone and iPad Plex app and Safari. But Vizio isn’t working. Both using the App or Casting. What could be the problem here? I have tried to adjust the secure connection settings. The local IPs are on the same subnet and it’s all on my local network. No Remote stuff is happening. See the attached photos of the TV hanging on the casting. It does have internet connection as it’s able to get the Plex stuff not local to my PMS. See how it works fine on my iPad so my PMS is up.

Are you signed in on Vizio? I can’t tell from the screenshots.
