VOBSUB Transcode Scrambling Video

My PMS is running on a Synology DSM918+. Whenever I attempt to play a video with vobsub subtitles, the transcode appears to be corrupting the video. This occurs on all web browsers and when chromecasting to a Samsung TV (and using the Samsung Plex App itself).

Without subtitle enabled:

Yet when playing on the macOS Plex App, the subtitles transcode correctly:

Anyone have any idea what’s going on? I’d prefer to play video on the TV than either convert the vobsubs or watch on a laptop.

Work around while resolving the Intel driver problem given

Latest plex update has caused all but the computer app to show green rectangles

Server Version#:1.18.2.2015-5a99a9a46-x86_64 Player Version#: ??? Synology DS718+ INTEL Celeron J3455 DSM 6.2.2-24922 Update 3 Downloaded and installed server version: 1.18.1.1973-0f4abfbcc-x86_64. Shortly after when I went to watch a show, the video was not shown, just a bunch of green rectangles all over the screen. Thanks a lot for the quick response. That workaround works perfectly. Are there any performance disadvantages or similar to using the default driver in the meantime?

Only disadvantage of remaining with the older, stable, proven, i965 driver on ApolloLake CPUs (Synology) is at the extreme upper end of bit rates (100 Mbps+ )
