It seems when my VPN is on no one can reach my server. Never had that issue before…
Plex and VPNs generally do not play nice with each other. For remote access to work, Plex needs port forwarding, which is not supported by many VPNs.
See if you VPN supports split-tunneling. If so, configure it to keep Plex outside of the tunnel.
