I have my titles to include the IMBD so that it correctly matches up. I noticed this title has the correct actors and description; however, the wallpaper is for a different movie. How does this get fixed and why is it doing this when I have it specifically looking at another IMBD number?
You can manually change that by clicking the pencil and then background.
Plex usually gets the images from tvdb and tmdb, but I don’t see this background under either of those for this movie. I don’t know if IMDB hosts images that plex pulls from. I did see the images from that instance of The Lucky One on Rotten Tomatoes, so maybe they also pull from there? https://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/10008618-return/pictures
