Want music file organization brought over just as I have it

I now have my server set up (thank you all for helping).

However, while scanning, its reorganizing my music differently than I have it set up in my folder and I dont like it.

I have my files set up by artisti (last name , first name) and then subfolders for the albums.
While scanning my music folder on my Nas its bringing my albums in by first name, last name and then changing my organization.

  1. I have several back ups of my music so I can easily delete all of them from my nas and re-add them.
  2. However, how do I get PLEX to keep things exactly as I have them?
  3. I am not interested in meta tags, album pics, none of that. They are all nice to have but my folder structure is the most important thing.
