Hello All!
I had been running Plex from my PC, but recently bought the NAS in the subject line to move my library to avoid having to have my PC on 24/7 to accommodate on-demand streaming.
I am able to get to the NAS via browser and installed Plex onto the NAS from the “Apps” section of the My Cloud interface. When I hit “configure” there, it launches Plex on the correct IP/port, but the interface just says “Looking for Servers” endlessly.
Any ideas?
I’ve completely uninstalled Plex from my PC, cleared browser cache, tried other browsers etc. I know that Plex installed on the NAS since it shows on the apps screen, and launches Plex in my browser. I also reset the NAS to factory settings, and reinstalled Plex automatically from the NAS as well as performed a manual install to the latest version available for my NAS.
