Hi, I use a WD mycloud home as my Plex Media Server. Randomly the movies are now showing as unavailable. The files work when I access them from my computer, accessing my Mycloud home (not on plex). Plex even shows all the movies. but it just says unavailable when I click on them. Would love to know what I am doing wrong - please assist. I love using Plex. Please help
