Well... You really don't give a f*** on the Hebrew users

Sorry for the F word, but I had enough from your disrespectful problem solving for the Hebrew users for the ATV players.

For almost 10 years we trying to solve the issues with the Hebrew subtitles with on the ATV players (even other players).
And 6 months ago you have fixed our issues by mistake (after almost 10 years), but unfortunately you had a problem with the Thai subtitles, and you fixed their issue after 2 months, but that fix made issue with the Hebrew subtitles.

So my question is, Why you fixed the Thai subtitles so fast in 2 months, and for the Hebrew subtitles you didn’t fixed it for the last 10 years?
Most of us are paying Plex Pass users (like me), and we deserve support also.

I must thank to your past employees that tried to help me @sergiou87 and @kinoCharlino, unfortunately without any luck…

I’ve been plex pass user for about ten years or even more, and as much as i love plex client on apple tv this problem is a deal breaker for me. i’ve been looking for a solution for years and found nothing. the only thing is use infuse that has a much better subtitle support than plex. and not only for hebrew but also more customizing options like position on screen and the subtitle size stays the same no matter the ratio the video is TV Show or Movie(this also is a long lasting bug in plex client)
