I seem to have lost the ability to manually add/remove hubs on my Home screen. It’s mostly showing a load of stuff now that I don’t want there, and there’s no option on the * menu to remove a hub, or in the separate library pages to add a hub to the Home screen. How can I get back this functionality…

You still have a fair bit of input regarding what appears and doesn’t appear on your home screen; however, the settings have been moved server-side. Here’s the relevant support article:
