Can someone please tell me what i am doing wrong?
Remote access works for a while then it goes into indarect not accessible outside your network. I have to quit PMS and relaunch it and it work again. It keeps doing this so I most be doing something wrong. Can someone please help me.

There’s quite a number of players involved when it comes to remote access and you can only influence a few.
I have a static ip and I have added the computer to the reservation. The router is using uPnp and I am still experiencing same issues. It works for a while then goes to indirect connection so I have to quit PMS and then relaunch the and it works again. Do you guys have someone that can view the logs to see if there is something with my certificate or something else? Thanks
As per the post linked above… if you’re using UPnP, you might want to try a manual port forward instead – those tend to be more reliable with some routers.
I was able to figured out the problem. My advance firewall software Little Snitch was blocking PMS after too many request and data traffic. I was able to create a special rule so it won’t block any traffic from PMS. This solved the issue and Remote Access is now working flawlessly.
