I’m running Plex on a Synology NAS
Try this: put the local/private IP address of your Syno into “List of IP addresses and networks that are allowed without auth”
under Settings - Server - Network - (Show Advanced)
After changing this setting, a restart of Plex is required
Then perform the Plex Dance once again.
If this still doesn’t help, we’d need log files.
