What's the best way of reporting ERRORS in #end-credit detection?

I was watching the finale of “Class of '09” when near the end, but before any credits, the screen minimalized as if the credits were rolling (that action I hate, btw). Since this is an error in the credit detection and important actual content was / would-be skipped, I must imagine this type of error occurs more than just this once…

So, what’s the best way to report such errors?
