I have the same problem, which I created a post about here: Live & Recorded TV audio in spanish despite set to english

Of note in the video, you can see that initially while it is playing Spanish, English is the selected setting. Once I select Spanish in the settings, and then re-select English, it correctly changes streams. I’ve seen a few posts about this problem blaming the broadcast, but this really makes it seem like a client problem.
