I’m a recent Plex Pass subscriber. Two of the promised PP features are Plex Mix (playlist based on a selected track) [1] and Mood Mixes (playlist based on a mood) [2].
However, neither of these options are available for me. (Not in Web client, iOS or Roku.) “Moods” are absent from filters, and “Play Plex Mix” is absent from the dropdown menu on the track.
How do I enable this? Does my music library need to be re-indexed? I’ve already tried Refreshing it.

When you created your music library, are you certain you chose to create a Premium Library?
Is the server signed in?
Plex Mix is based on proprietary information from Gracenote. It’s possible that Gracenote doesn’t have that info for some tracks. Is it available on ANY track that you have? It sucks to have to go through all your music to see if it’s there. The more mainstream, the better the chances.
Moods are based on track metadata. If you edit any track and go to the Tags page, there is a field for Mood. If none of your tracks have Mood tags, the Moods item will be missing from the filters list. If even one track has a Mood, the filter should be there, so if you find that the first few tracks you check have no Mood tag, add one and see what happens.

Thanks beckfield - I didn’t realise there was such a thing as a Premium Music Library. I had only just gotten a Plex Pass, so my music library was an ordinary one. I am now creating a Premium Music Library.
Good, that should do it. Welcome to the forums.
The mood thing that plex does is not very good. I’ve taken the time tag all my music properly in an external tag manager & even though I have use embedded tags checked plex completely ignores my own properly specified mood tags instead choosing its own tags like defiant, creepy and fluffy!
These tags mean nothing & are useless to me

I agree, but that really belongs in its own thread. Doesn’t help much to resolve the issue in this one.
