Where are the subtitle offset settings?

Hi everyone,

I hope you’re doing well.

I was wondering where is the option to change the external (from opensubtitles.org) subtitiles offset. I only managed to do it from the Plex Media Player app in TV Mode. Isn’t it possible to change the offset from, for example, an Android? I read an official article that shows that is it possible, but I really can’t find this setting. Do I have to enable anything from the serv?

With regard to Android Mobile, the settings only appear if you have a Plex Pass. This might be a bug or otherwise related to mobile client activation, as the settings appear for non-Plex Pass accounts with Android TV clients.

Subtitle offsets not available in Android Plex player

Edit: It does look like a Plex Pass is required. I signed into the mobile app with a non-Plex Pass account and Adjust Subtitle Offset is not displayed / available. Unsure if this is a bug or a lack of documentation. Maybe somebody from Plex can weigh in with additional details. AFAIK this is not a Plex Pass feature. +1 I would like to have see that feature on Plex for Mac and iPad.
I can see that option only on Plex web in Safari
