thanks for your reply. somehow i found out it is being relocated to this folder. /volume2/@apphome/PlexMediaServer/Plex Media Server/Media/Movies instead of /Plex/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Media Shall i move it all to Plex folder (/Plex/)?
