Where Is Plex Support After Major Outage

Here is where support is handling the issue:

Cannot connect to my Plex Server on Synology NAS since outage yesterday

Server Version#: 1.18.4.2171 Player Version#: all of them Since yesterday’s (06/02/2020) Plex outage, I cannot connect to my Plex Server. I tried to open the local IP version of it (192.168.xxx.xxx:32400/web) too but the browser just keeps connecting and loading and never connect and loads anything… it says “waiting for 192.168.xxx.xxx…” I tried to stop and run the server on the NAS, but no luck.
