Why are all newly added movies matching to Madagascar 3?

For the last couple of months, every time I add a new movie to my library, Plex matches it to Madagascar 3. Why is it doing this?

And if I add more than one movies, Plex stacks them together under Madagascar 3.

Yes, that is my problem exactly. Thanks for the link. Easy workaround.
