Why do Plex pass members NOT get the $74.95US Offer for lifetime?

I have bought the ios app 8 buks AUS then upgraded to Annual member 61 bucks AUS to support the developers and recently they offered lifetime members to friends of mine valid till end of Sept. $75US is not much more than i have already parted with to date.

this is disgraceful and unfair.

I will not be renewing my annual membership.

Why wouldn’t you reward those that have PAID for premium over those that have NOT!

i am very upset and unhappy and am looking into alternatives. Emby looks like my choice i am still testing a couple of others.

I would have jumped at paying this given the chance to upgrade my membership as would a lot of others. to top it off my friends didn’t even take the offer!!

I sent an email/Contact form and have had NO reply and most likely will not. I even included the offer with a redemption key that was forwarded to myself.

I think others deserve to know that being a premium member MEANS NOTHING! you have our money already.

long time plex pass user here (4-5 years?) and never received a coupon code
