In the last week or so there has been a guide refresh issue and some requests to our guide metadata provider has been failing and result in gaps in the guide, There are several forum threads on the subject, We had notification of the issue being fixed on the 14th November - but there has been one reported case of a failure since - so may be not completely fixed.
