Why does the Nvidia Shield PMS have the Watchlist icon and the Docker version does not?

So, doing a full Refresh All Metadata as mentioned in this other post solved the issue

No longer possible to add movies to my watchlist

Server Version#: Version 1.41.2.9200 Player Version#: Version 4.142.1 The button to add movies to the watchlist disappeared. There’s no menu option neither, so now it’s impossible to add new movies to the watchlist. I read online and the only solution is to change the agent to the Plex Movie agent, and then refresh the metadata. However, I’m already using the Plex Movie agent.
