Why doesn't the Xbox One App find my server?

Hi Everyone,

So I just updated to the most current version of Plex on my Win10 PC. Since that happened, I have not been able to watch anything through my Xbox One X. Prior to this, I had zero issues. I’ve tried the basic troubleshooting tasks of,…

  • Signing out on my server
  • signing out on the xbox
  • signed back in on the server
  • signed back in on the xbox
  • uninstalled/reinstalled on xbox
  • uninstalled/reinstalled on PC

So far, none of that has worked and it’s still saying that my server can’t be found. If possible, I’m more than happy to go back to the previous server version so it will work, I’m just not sure how to do that.

Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Hi there. Have you changed anything in your network setup or router lately? Is your server set to require secure connections? What is the Allow fallback to network connections setting set to in your app?
