Try analyzing the movie, then refreshing the metadata.
If all else fails, do the Plex Dance (you will lose play history, etc).
Here’s an excellent guide to converting PGS/VOBSUB to SRT. It can come in handy if you want to convert some PGS subtitles, such as when Na’vi is spoken in Avatar.
