Understand. No idea why your system used different ratings sources for movies added at essentially the same time. I have not seen that with my system.
I found a couple of old threads about trouble downloading metadata. One recommendation is to turn off IPv6 if enabled (PMS Settings → Network). Also, sometimes there is just a glitch in the system and you have to refresh the metadata to fix it.
