No idea how/where server logs are to provide them.
The online account and information is still available in a browser.
I was trying to add cover art to a music album and the search/add window froze everything Plex related.
I finally had to use task manager to end the task. I restarted my computer and the Plex app will not start.
I didn’t realize that support for this format is completely non-existent. Well, now I am stuck with a lifetime membership and zero support! Lesson learned.
Support isn’t non-existent, you are here asking for help and we will try to help you. Can you zip and upload a copy of %localappdata%\Local\Plex Media Server\Logs (just copy paste that into file explorer)
Those are the server logs that we need to see what is going on.
