Won't play season 4 of Better Call Saul

Ok, so I’m on a Windows based server, latest server and player version (Nvidia Shield). I’ve watched Better Call Saul right from season 1 to season 3 no problems. Season 4 is there, all metadata is fine…I go to play it but no. It just won’t play regardless of what I try. All files are MKV as the previous seasons, they’re all named perfectly (Better Call Saul Season 4 folder, Better Call Saul S04E01 etc.).

Any suggestions? It just says unable to play media.

Just done the Plex Dance too. Still the same…

Use Mediainfo app to see if there’s any difference between video Codec and Audio codec between movies from season 1 to 3, and season 4. The new files may have a codec that the client can’t decode.
