I can’t seem to find the “bad/wrong” content forum? Can someone point me to it? This is not the host of this TV show, and I was trying to find out where this is sourced so I could get it fixed.

Which show is that?
If you’re using the Plex TV Series agent for your library, the cast information is usually sourced form The Movie Database (except you manually configured it to a TVDb order).
I’m fairly sure the show is “The day the universe changed”

TMDB definitely has the correct image for James Burke and it’s not the one that Plex offers.
Also is there actually a dedicated place to report such things?

I actually just added the show myself and see something totally different.
I don’t see the image that @shawngraham has.
I do actually see the correct John Burke image to the very right.
I have no idea where all the other images come from. 
just to add, I am using the new Plex TV scanner
@shawngraham : what agent are you using in that library / for that show?
May i also ask as I have meaning too for a while.
When Plex updates this or any other show to fix it…Will the show need the Plex Dance or will a simple refresh metadata suffice?
If it’s indeed just a metadata hiccup, a metadata refresh should do.

I sure came to the right place! I refreshed Metadata and it seems to have worked. If you guys did anything - WOW - thank you!
So can I ask which scanner you are using.
I saw your post and nothing changed for me after refreshing metadata.
