Hey, I really don’t know where to report these kind of issues.
At the movie Repeaters (2010), there’s a wrong year in the Plex’s metadata, it says the movie was released in 2021, and that’s why it didn’t automatically match the movie for me.
I’ve forwarded this issue to the team. It is most likely caused by the fact that this production went straight to video, instead of getting a theater run. Release dates for this kind of movies are not accurately reported in the IMDb API.
While the above will not help you directly, here is a tip for ensuring a match in cases like these:
include the IMDb ID or the TheMovieDB ID into the movie’s file name. If you provide the ID number, it will override any deviations in title spelling or release year. It will still show the wrong release year in Plex, but at least the rest of the metadata will be present and for the right movie.

I previously reported a data error for the TV show “Dust”. The duplicate seasons have been removed, but the release year of the show is still incorrect. It should be 2016, not 2019. The data on TMDB shows it as 2016.
