From what I can see, this show is simply not listed yet on TheTVDB (Plex’s default metadata source for TV Shows)
Enter the show’s preplay page
You will then find ‘Fix Match’ under the ellipsis (...) in the upper, right corner.
During the Fix Match procedure, click on ‘Search Options’ and set the Agent to ‘The Movie Database’
because the show is already listed on there https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/70593?language=en-US
Weird, now that I used the korean title, I have found it on TheTVDB.
Complete with english descriptions.

Is your tv show library pointed exactly at the folder TV Shows ?
I can’t get the option ( Match ) to fix the TV Shows Metadata what’s so ever.
and my folder is TV Shows > english >
but still this will not change anything trust me … all my shows are working fine …

or did you point it to just TV Shows?

If you have this additional subfolder /english, you must point your library to TV Shows/english.
You haven’t entered the tv show’s preplay page. You are still on the main page of Plex Web.

Sorry, I don’t understand.
This cannot be root. You don’t point Plex to a file. You only point it to a folder where your tv shows are. And this folder is in your case TV Shows/English.

I did point it to this ( Data/TV Shows/English/ ) where all my english shows are inside

I fixed it manually… i dont how but went to TV shows list and clicked three dots and match came up
