Xbox app drops subtitles randomly during shows

Player Version#: 2.70.0 (Series X)

Every once in a while I find myself having to change what subs I’m using and then switch them back to the ones I want, because the player stopped playing them and that’s the only way to fix them.

This is only an issue on the Xbox app (I’m specifically using a Series X) and not with say, the Apple TV app which can go an entire episode of Fear the Walking Dead without exhibiting this behaviour

Anyone else experienced this? It’s pretty annoying and has only started occurring in recent weeks

I have the same problem here. Xbox One.
Randomly subtitles disappear. To get them back I have to stop the movie / show, return to main menu and play it again.

Could some developer test this please or instruct its how to collect logs to share with you guys?

yes, the subs keep disappearing, after a few minutes. I tried force burning subtitles to Always. kinda works tho
