I have multiple xboxes with one main xbox live account using one plex account. This happens alot when will this be fixed.

One Xbox One, one user. This has happened randomly in the past (once a month or less) but happened twice over the last two days.
You want our system (router) public IP address?

Exact same problem hereā¦1 Xbox 1 X, 1 Xbox 1, TV, Android tablet, and my main PC computer are all under my Plex Pass. But the Xbox 1 keeps disconnecting for some reason and requires that code as in the pic someone showed above. Iām willing to help is someone from Plex contacts me.

this is now becoming a joke.
my setup is super simple. 1 plex account, 1 xbox account. and this happens all the time.
basically for me, plex is now becoming useless as I canāt expect my family to keep signing in to use it on our main media playing device.
this is a pretty crappy.

Same issue here. It happens all the time. I canāt expect my 5 year old to log in and choose what he wants pinned every time he tries to use my Xbox.

In my setup the number of link-situations are increased the last 10 days. What is needed to fix this rediculous error?
Same bug here, with very random disconnection, sometimes once in a month, and sometimes several times on a week.
Fourth time this week (and itās only Thursday). Is there a prize when it does it seven days in a row???
Please fix this. Itās ridiculous to pay for a product that nags you every time you want to use itā¦

This happens to me all the time and I lose all settings when relinking.
I donāt know if I should laugh or cry, but apparently the Plex application has an opinion about the situation, just look at the codeā¦

1 account, 1 xbox, no updates of any sort. I watched a show this afternoon, turned off my xbox like usual. Came back 6 hours later and itās asking to be linked again.

One Xbox One, one live account, but I am using the āprofilesā or āuser modeā where there is a profile for adults and kids. Plex server is in the house. Happens multiple times a week. No issues on the Apple TV version.
Happens to me on Xbox reboot, or full power off/on, or loss of internet connectivity. No crazy profiles, no multi-users, no multi xboxes. One Xbox One S, one profile, one plex account. Re-linking isnāt difficult, and always works just fine, but it is a pain in the buttocks. Iād love Plex to remember me and not lose its link.
Another day, another de-link. No reason, not even an xbox reboot. Just randomly de-linked. Terrible. Come-on plex, 3 years ago I tried plex and found a buggy disjointed mess. Came back a week ago and found it to be much better, but this de-linking issue is making me rethink. Get your act together people.
This is happening to me too.
I also saw a response saying that they will force you to re-link if you log in to one console; then log into another. They need to re-think this, many people have multiple consoles in their home. I have 2 xbox ones and 2 ps4s; I use my profile on which ever console I am at which means I may go between 2 different xbox ones. My ālinkā shouldnāt just drop because logged in elsewhere. The device should remain until I manually unlink it on the server through the devices.

Now every day Iām getting a message while Iām at work from my girlfriend saying the Plex is asking to link again. This just started happening last week.
It keeps happening to my wife. Almost every time she logs to her xbox account, plex ask for a link code. It never do that with my Xbox account.
