This still isn’t fixed. My finished downloads are stored in my film folder. Movies automatically show up according to settings but not tv shows. Manual update does not help either. When I move them on pc from movie to tv folder and manual update, they appear

How is your library/folder structure setup?
It sounds like you’re having an issue with the server that doesn’t relate to the Xbox One app at all.
Quite simple. Default Windows Video folder with sub folders TV, Film and one for my son. Plex Library set up to point to these folders
Hi, I have been through the settings and haven’t been able to fix the problem. My downloading files are stored to folder Videos. When they’re done they are moved to folder Film. I can’t find a way to specify this specifically for TV shows…is there a specific setting for this or should PLex auto detect and move? This wouldn’t be so bad but Tv files never show up in Film library, i have to copy them from Film to TV folder and run update.
PC folder structure:
My PC
Pictures
Documents
Downloads
…
Videos
Film (Set up with library movies)
TV (Set up with library TV shows)
Children (Set up with library movies)
I found out. A bit embarrassing but had to point the tv library to both film and tv folder since complete files are put in film
I have flex on my phone, apple tv and iPad and the tv shows are synched on everything but the xbox one… whats happening here.
