Xbox One Browse TV Shows Freezes Plex

First of all, nice job with bringing Plex to Xbox One. I like many others have been waiting on this for a while. However, I have been having an issue that has kept me from really using the app on the Xbox One thus far. The issue is:

 

Whenever I go to my TV Show Library>Browse and select a show, on the next screen it does not break the show down into seasons. It only gives me an option to "Play" the show which then results in freezing the app entirely on my Xbox One. Playing shows from "On Deck" or "Recently Added" works ok, but this bug makes it so I cannot pick the actual season or episode of a show.

 

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Can anyone advise on how/when this will be fixed? Thanks!

Please provide debug logs from the server when this happens.

Server log is attached. Time of last occurrence of this issue would be between 16:52 and 16:56 in the log file. Thank you!

I've had the same issue. You can only seem to find individual episodes if you use the Recently Aired option... thought that won't show all episodes obviously. Right now Browsing TV is useless.  -_-

I’m having the same issue with my app too. Running Plex Server on my Drobo 5N works fine on all other devices, however on my Xbox One, I can’t browse TV shows properly. Tried it on my old Xbox 360 and it works fine on that. Just the Xbox One that has the issue
