PLEX used to be great on the Xbox One when the app came out. For the last year and some change, it has not been good. I have read about the buffering issues some people are having, but this is not my issue.
I’m on a wired network connection (not wireless). When I play a MKV back from my plex media server, there is a frame hiccup about every 2 to 3 seconds. The MKV file type is 1080p with about a 4GB file.
