Yet another movie for which the Plex Media Serveer “Plex Movie” agent (despite refreshing metadata over a couple of days) shows NO Posters available.
TMDB has 14 posters in English (plus 12 others). IMDB seems to have 92 posters.
What do I have to do to get PMS to show even some of these posters???
Plex has to honor rights holders’ takedown requests. Because of this, there are movies for which posters are unavailable, even though they are displayed at IMDB, TMDB, TVDB, and other places.
Look at the movie on watch.plex.tv. If it does not have a poster there, then it most likely will not have one in your library.
You can download a poster and add it to the folder with the movie.

I do understand the DMCA. So, you’re saying that takedown requests HAVE been made of Plex.tv but NOT of all the other much larger (i.e. deep pockets) sites? I truly find it hard to believe that an actual legit copyright owner did that.
It would be most helpful if Plex.tv maintained someplace for all notice-and-takedown requests.
(and yes, I know how to add a downloaded poster, but that wasn’t my query)
