I truly find it hard to believe that an actual legit copyright owner did that.

Once Upon a Time in the West metadata

When we receive a takedown request, and it’s valid, we have to remove the images. And the images we use, are from multiple sources, like tmdb and tvdb

Plenty of posts about that on the forums.
