Yet another remote problem, can't connect

Port forwarding is setup properly - I’ve run a packet trace on my router (Mikrotik) where I can see the packets NAT’ing and being sent to my PC. I’ve also setup a 2nd rule to port forward another service and it works without any issues, only plex has issues.

I’ve forwarded 32400 udp and tcp. Using the Plex app on my phone with WiFi, no problems. Over LTE, it just spins for a bit and says can’t connect.

Plex will report it’s not accessible sometimes.

When I hit “retry”, it then shows it as accessible.

Canyouseeme.org has no problems connecting.

Yep, exactly the same problem (except my server is on a Mac-mini). If I use my external IP address on port 32400 on my phone I can see my server, but the apps don’t work because apparently it’s not available outside the network :confused:
