Yet Another Unable to Connect to Plex Server (QNAP)

I’m on a 2012 Mac Mini running MacOS 10.12.6 Sierra, and a 2012 MacBook Pro running MacOS 10.14.6 Mojave, and I was running Plex Media Server 1.25.3.5409 on a QNAP TS-451 NAS and everything worked. Manually updated to Plex to 1.25.5.5492 and now clicking on the Plex icon on the NAS results in a new browser tab opening a blank page with “loading” in the tab. Doesn’t matter what browser I use (Opera, Safari, Brave, Vivaldi, etc.) the result is always the same and nothing ever loads. I stopped and restarted Plex on the NAS, tried opening Plex, same result. I’m stumped. HELP!!

Also, any difference, if you browse to http://<IP_OF_QNAP>:32400/web ?
