Your server is signed in to Plex, but is not reachable from outside your network

My plex was working fine and then all of the sudden I’m getting this problem. I have everything updated. I’m using a windows 10 pc as my plex server.

It’s a firewall issue.
Probably your antivirus / Total Internet Security package just blocked port
32400 which you can test by going to another PC on the network and in a
browser goto
http://<your plex server’s ip>:32400

it should open a Plex Sign-in page

if you don’t get that, then it is the firewall on your server

if you do get that then reboot the router and check that port forwarding in
the router is passing 32400 to your server’s PC.
check the ip address of the server too. it might not be the same as what
the router believes.

I did all of those things, but it’s still not available online :frowning:

Have you checked your wan IP? I’ve seen some isp’s are starting to switch to ipv6. Remote access will not work through ipv6.
