I recently changed computer from a Dell notebook to a Lenova 320, when I installed plex media Server to my new computer, 3 days later when I try to log in to my account it stated that the server was unavailable also it would not connect to my LG Smart TV, when I uninstall the server and reinstall it will find the server until I shutdown my computer and cut it back on it will repeat the process of stating it cannot find the server it is unavailable, can you explain why I have to keep uninstall it and reinstall just to use the server? e-mail elliottjthreattuk@gmail.com
Are you trying to connect while on the same wifi network? If not, you probably do not have port forwarding enabled on your server. Plex tries to automatically port forward your server, but sometimes it may not be able to. You should read these articles:

I am a little concern that Flex server doesn’t have customer support team, I have looked on Plex server website, youTube, and just in general. For the past month if I wanted to use my Plex server I have to uninstall it, and reinstalled for it to connect to my LG Smart TV. The program acts like it’s as a bug and it’s program. I install the Plex server onto a new Lenovo ideapd 320, after 1 week it stopped working properly when I log out, or cut my computer off the program states that it cannot connect to a server the program is unavailable, I have logged out of both tV, and computer. Please is there anyone who can assist me in this matter. 6 h 6 why are what is going on
Did either of the previous posts help? If not, please grab the PMS logs from your computer through Plex Web when they are working. Then when it is not working, manually grab the logs again. Instructions are in my signature.
