Downgraded to 3.87.0 ( manual download listed above) same error. Hit yellow button and submitted logs. Tizen V2.4.0. also tried 3.84.1, no dice, same fault
@seymour2711 that sounds like a different issue. Are you able to access the settings menu? If you are, can you turn on Log to Server (under Privacy) and then send those logs my way?
Yes, sounds life diff issue. I can only see the top level of any of the media categories. If I try and open any media (show or episode for example) or playback media from my âcontinue watchingâ I get an error. âThere was an unexpected errorâ. I Have turned logging in the session and navigated around a bit. Wasnât sure if I had to hit yellow button, but also did this, then exited app. Hope that helps slumpy !
Youâll need to download the logs and send them to me once youâve reproduced the issue. You can download the logs from Plex desktop in the settings page.
has anybody else notice when PLEX does work that the screen is not as vibrant as it used to be. It appears faded to me. Needless to say its time to get back to the drawing board.

How do I download the logs??? Just updated to the new version a d still got this issue. Itâs killing me slowly inside
On Plex Media server on the left side menu go to âTroubleshootingâ and download them there.
I have a samsung ua75nu8000 tv current version 1202 and plex version 3.92.3
I am getting a blank screen from 1 min to 6 mins into watching a movie i have to exit movie and go back in to it and play. It happens 2-3 times a movie
