I added the tag to the folder name, did plex dance, but still no dice. The folder shows up in folder view, but says that it’s an Empty Folder:
edit: I also checked the permissions on the folder / file in Synology file station, the movie folder has full read/write permission for the PlexMediaServer user, as well as the movie file inside.
