After Plexamp 4.2.1 update, Plexamp having issues getting data from my Plex Server

This could be my first post here, so I apologize that it’s probably in the wrong subcategory.

As soon as Plexamp updated to 4.2.1, Plexamp can no longer get data from “ServerName” and they’re pretty bummed about it. Same error in Plexamp on 2 Windows 11 machines and android phone. I’m also bummed about it because I was getting ready to do some yardwork. :frowning:

Nothing has changed on the server side and Plex Server is up to date. On the Win 11 machines, I can access Plex.tv and play all my music that way. It’s also working fine, or as fine as possible, on all my Alexa devices. So server seems to be working fine. I’m also pretty much running an ‘out of the box’ Plexamp setup. In the Plexamp settings, it sees my server as it lets me chose it when reinstalling it for the nth time. But I guess is not able to communicate with it for some reason.

Nothing changed which should impact your ability connect to the server. If you post Plexamp logs we’d be happy to have a look and see what the issue is.

Thank you very much for the response. I’m back home, boot the computer up and my awesome Home screen is back to normal. It’s back on the phone also. Even though I seem to be good, if you would like to see the logs, I’m happy to upload. I just don’t want to waste any more of your time.
