Same Issue here - My Plex was running fairly good on my Windows Server 2012 R2, but a couple weeks ago I started getting that Plex could not find content. It was only happening occasionally - like once a week - when I saw the new software update to 2843 and thought that Plex had found the problem, so I installed it and now I can’t hardly get plex to run at all and when I try to watch any show or movie I get something like Unable to Load Media.
I was just looking at totally removing Plex and starting from scratch when I saw that others were having exactly the same problem.
Hopefully plex will get this solved soon!

I followed another Plex users post (Buddyl33) and reverted back to Version 1.19.1.2701 - Plex has been Rock Solid ever since. It’s been running great for the last 3 hours or so.
