Specifically…
- how did you organize and name the episode files?
- which folder did you add to your Plex library?
The most common issue is bad file naming and missing / additional folder in the episode hierarchy. This is followed by issues with permissions.

The 3 that came up have the same name format as the other’s
All of 12 Episodes are in one folder and same name format and only 3 shows up in plex
I helped a user today who accidentally mis-named his TV shows.
It was an easy error. Once he shared it, the error (and fix) was obvious.
I very much would re-apply permissions on the Syno to allow PlexMediaServer access. These are easily dropped when uploading new content or using automated tools.
